I am a Senior Researcher at Nimbus Research Centre with more than 15 years’ experience in applied research, digital innovation, product management and product operations. My work explores and applies emerging digital and AI technologies across startups, SMEs, industry and publicly funded initiatives, supporting new services, operating models, business growth and innovation pathways. I work across multidisciplinary themes including fintech, social value, responsible innovation and digital transformation, translating customer, operational and technology needs into clear research questions, feasible project pathways and evidence-led outcomes. My approach places strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment, delivery quality, ethical practice and the responsible use of public funding.
